How PDT Works - 4 Phases
The Recalibration phase is about changing you physically, since that is the entry point to personal development. It's designed to create a customized physical fitness plan for you, along with a tailored diet and macro plan to help you shed weight and quickly make physical changes. By working with me as your coach, you'll be able to achieve your fitness goals faster and more efficiently than if you were to go it alone. This will not only improve your physical appearance, but it will also boost your confidence and improve your overall health and well-being. You'll feel more energized and capable of tackling any challenge that comes your way, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life.
Mental Toughness Phase
The Mental Toughness Phase is designed to help you increase your discipline and mental toughness, allowing you to tackle even the toughest challenges with confidence and ease. By working with us on this phase, you'll develop a stronger and more resilient mindset that will help you overcome any obstacle that comes your way. This will not only help you push your fitness to the next level, but it will also have a positive impact on all areas of your life. Spiritual Alignment Phase
The Spiritual Alignment Phase is all about tapping into the immense amount of confidence and self-belief you've developed through the previous pillars, and channeling that energy into spiritual growth and alignment. Through my guidance and support, you'll learn how to use your newfound confidence and inner strength to deepen your spiritual practice and connect with your higher power. This will help you develop a greater sense of clarity, purpose, and inner peace, allowing you to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and grace.
Do you remember the old NES? Back in the day they had "Game-Genies", which would give codes to break the games and allow the impossible, like give you unlimited resources or make you invincible, i.e. "God-Mode". Well, even though you were invincible, you still had to go through the game. Welcome to "God-mode" Phase, the fourth and final pillar of my comprehensive coaching program. Here, you will become the master of your own destiny. You will have the tools to face any challenge life throws your way and come out on top. Nothing will stop you. This means you'll finally be able to achieve your wildest dreams and live the life you deserve.

Greg Birch is a true warrior at heart, having served our country as an Army officer in both Iraq and Afghanistan. After completing his service, he used his natural leadership abilities to excel in the insurance industry, setting sales records and coaching others to achieve greatness. But it was his personal struggle with anxiety and depression that led him on a journey of self-discovery and the creation of the Progressive Discipline Technique. Today, as the founder of Delta Fit, Greg is dedicated to helping individuals transform their physical, mental, and spiritual health to become their best selves.
